You guys it’s my very last day in New York and I am currently sitting in the airport writing this post due to a delayed flight, I'm so sad that it has come to an end! The past few days in New York have been rather exciting it is most definitely an experience I will always remember and certainly one that we don't want to end. On day three we made our way to Central Park, thinking back on that day I remember the beauty of central park it is stunning, really peaceful and relaxing which is exactly what we did!! For a little while we chilled in the scorching sun and chatted. Whilst there we decided to check out the Central Park Zoo which was $18 dollars each, It was quite nice but it was a lot smaller than I expected. Later on we made our way back to our hotel in Midtown and tried out a New York delicacy - a hot dog to be extra cautious we actually got one in our hotel (The Hilton Midtown) in a small but ideal restaurant called the Herb N’ Kitchen it was rather delicious so if you ever stay in the Hilton be sure to make a stop at the Herb N’Kitchen and try out their fries not only are the pizzas to die for the staff are also really friendly. Later that night we had plans to get the ferry boat past the statue of liberty but instead we decided to stay in and watch the new episode of ‘Games of thrones’. The next morning, day four for breakfast we decided to eat at https://www.pret.com/en-us/find-a-pret, Pret a’Manger located a few minutes away from our hotel who use all organic food to create healthy and fulfilling snacks providing healthier option. After our stop off for breakfast we began our search for Bryant Park during our search we stumbled across the store ‘Best Buy’ where I picked up a few bits for my Mac book after that we continued our search for Bryant Park which I must say is stunning and a lot smaller than I expected although it seems to be quite popular with numerous age groups ranging from teens to elderly and quite a few business people lounging having lunch and taking good advantage of the parks free wifi on their laptop’s. After we checked out Bryant park we made our way back to the hotel with a last stop at the Souvenir shop and the HBO Studio store before we got our bags and began our journey back to the airport. Just when we landed at the airport I received a text on my phone from Norwegian Air saying “Your flight has been delayed by three hours”, lets just say we were extremely pissed off but thankfully Norwegian Air gave us each an $11 Dollar food voucher for the delay!! When arriving it only made sense to ask the staff in the airport was there wifi?? Well there is but you only get 30 minutes free and once it is up you have to pay an additional fee! You can probably tell I was rather annoyed at the time but it could have been worse, I had figured something would've gone wrong along the way. Over all I had such a great time and really enjoyed the experience, I hope sometime in the near future that I will be able to take another trip to New York as there is till more I would love to see and do. Keep an eye out for my next post which I will be discussing my haul from New York! I'm really looking forward to sharing it with you guys!
Until Next Time Bee's, Queen Bee.
