For some while now I've been looking out for a good liquid eyeliner,I never seem to find the right one until I won a giveaway on twitter through the Irish beauty hour one of the items that I received was the dip it eyeliner from sleek.  You know when you go to apply a liquid eyeliner and it's too runny and hard to apply well due to this liquid eyeliners unique quick drying formula and precise applicator it makes applying liquid eyeliner easier.
