I recently just got Netflix I know I'm way behind but I live in the middle of nowhere and the broadband has only started to improve. So since I've started watching a few things on Netflix I thought it would be a great idea to share with you guys what I'm watching. So here's a peek at watch I've been watching. (1) Vampire Diaries Need I say more I'm obsessed I love the whole storyline behind it. Vampire diaries follows the life's of two vampires stefan and Damon. Damon(Ian Somerhalder) is always up to no good and it's always Stefan's job to fix it. The love story between stefan and Elena is beautiful portrayed by Paul Wesley and Nina Dobrev. (2) 90210. Okay this has been my life this past week. I love the whole story line following the life's of a close circle of friends from west Beverly. It shows their ups and their downs,no matter what they try remain close and overcome situations together but when they go to college and part ways it isn't as easy as they thought. My favourite character has to be Liam he seems to remain true to himself, he never really opens up and show how he feels he tends to shut down situations quickly. (3) Grease:Live This was originally broadcasted on tv but has been added to Netflix. I love musicals I've always been interested in them but grease hands down has to be my favourite I just love the story line between sandy and Danny and how it's portrayed. If you haven't seen the original grease movie I think you should watch it first. (4) Fun Size This is one I just picked randomly to watch it stars Victoria justice on Halloween night she ends up loosing her little brother and her and friends set off to find him. Plus this movie has a cute love story line as well. (5) Naomi & Ely's no kiss list Naomi and her best friend Ely who have been inseparable since they were children end up facing the biggest test of their friendship when the both fall for the same guy. The storyline to this is so cute it's worth watching. I hope you enjoyed this little post and maybe it might have encouraged some of you to go check out some of these movies or tv series. Hey bee's sorry I haven't posted all week I've been busy working and coming up with a few new ideas last night on snapchat I did a little tutorial of a smokey eye so I thought it would be great idea to have a little written step by step guide on how I achieved that look. What I used
Application (1)First I prepped my skin by applying moisturiser by bandi cosmetics and the illuminating primer by Flormar. (2) After 5 minutes I applied my foundation mixing it with the radiance primer by Flormar using my F20 brush by blank canvas I then took my beauty blender and dotted the foundation all over my face until it was blended out. (3) Next I took my boe-Ing concealer and applied it under neath my eyes , down the bridge of my nose, underneath my chin and on my forehead. I blended it out using my mini beauty blenders by w7. (4) I took the second darkest shade from my blank canvas palette and used this to contour my face. I made sure to blend it out really well to remove any harsh lines. (5)I then applied the shade righteous from the balm palette to my eyelid and really blended it out and applied it along my water line and blended it out to smoke it out. I then took my revolt shade from the urban decay palette and applied it to the inner conner of my eye. Took my brush and blended the eyeshadow out to remove any lines. (6) I applied 2 coats of the roller lash mascara by benefit to my lashes which I'm loving at the minute. I also filled in my brows using the brow bar by Gerard cosmetics. (7) I now I applied my highlighter just above my cheek bones then blended it out with my highlighting brush. Then I applied my dandelion blusher. (8) last but not least I applied my lipstick shy girl by Mac it's a prefect nude shade that you can wear every day. I hope you loved this little tutorial I've added a video down below of the tutorial on snapchat. I currently have a giveaway over on Twitter click the link to enter https://twitter.com/_l_a_u_r_a____/status/734849804744921088. Until Next time - Queen Bee Hey bee's today's post is featuring a fellow blogger Beth Mahoney from La Blog Beaute. Beth has been blogging for over 5 Years now she has a keen interest of all things beauty and lifestyle. I asked Beth a couple of questions so let's see ... What is your blog name? La Blog Beauté What is your name? Beth Mahoney What is your Blog Url? http://lablogbeaute.co.uk/ (1) If you could describe yourself in one word what would it be? I would describe myself as happy. (2) How Long Have You been blogging and what encouraged you to blog? I’ve been blogging on and off for over five years, but my current blog I started back in September. I’ve always loved to write and when I was studying journalism at university, we were encouraged to start a blog. As soon as I started my first blog, I fell in love and set myself aspirations to one day be a full-time blogger. (3) Tell us a little bit about your blog? My blog focuses mainly on beauty and lifestyle posts, including tips and advice articles, reviews, and sometimes, personal pieces. Occasionally, I feature fashion, travel, food, decor, and business posts too. (4) If you had €1000 to spend, would you rather buy clothes or makeup? That’s a hard one… Probably clothes, only because I already have SO much makeup. (5) What is your go to make up product? My go to makeup product would have to be my Smashbox Blush Soft Lights Duo. I love, love, love this, I use it everyday and would hate to be without it! (6) Any Tips for bloggers that are just starting out? My best tips for new bloggers would be, always re-read your work to check for errors, so many bloggers fail to do this. I would also suggest posting content at least three to five times a week. Finally, I would say that being active on social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., is so important. To build up a following, you need to get your name and blog out there, and social media is the perfect tool for this. (7) What is your number one rule when it comes to blogging? I would have to say post new content regularly. The more new content a site has, the higher it ranks on search engines like Google. So this is really important if you want to get anywhere with your site. (8)How Do you come up with new material
for your blog? As you know, some of us struggle for time to time, especially when we hit writer’s block. When an idea comes into my head, I always write it down. I then use my list of ideas for whenever I’m in need of a new post. I also take inspiration from other bloggers and the types of posts they share. I love using idea sheets to - there are lots of these on Twitter. (9) Would you rather apply lipstick as eyeliner, or eyeliner as lipstick? I would have to say, eyeliner as lipstick. The other way around sounds far too messy! (10) If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go? I’ve always dreamed of spending some time exploring Italy, so that would definitely be first on my list. (11) Do you prefer to shop online or in store? And if so, where would you buy your make up products. I tend to chop and change, but mostly in store as I like to be able to see testers before I buy. Right now I am obsessed with Superdrug as I love the range of brands that they offer. When I shop online, Beauty Bay tends to be my store of choice. (12) Eyeliner in Pencil, Gel, or Liquid? Pencil, always. I’ve never mastered the art of gel or liquid eyeliner, so I tend to stick to pencil. Plus, I love the smudgy look that only a kohl eyeliner can create. I’m a brown eyeliner girl as black makes my pale skin look washed out. (13) What are your favourite drugstore products? To be honest, I like anything and everything. Right now, however, I’m crazy about Makeup Revolution, Sleek and Makeup Academy. Especially, the beautiful palettes that they offer - I am obsessed with them. (14) What is your favourite foundation and what do you use to apply it? When it comes to foundation, I tend to chop and change. In the past, I’ve used and loved Benefit Oxygen Wow, Rimmel Lasting Finish, and Lancome Hydrozen BB Cream. Recently, I’ve been using Clinique Chubby Stick foundation and am very happy with it. For applying my foundation, my tool of choice depends on the foundation itself. However, my two favourites are my Beauty Blender and my So Eco Flat Foundation Brush. (15) What social media sites do you use? I’m on almost all social media sites, but my favourites are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. You can find me on Twitter as @bethmahoney92, on Instagram as @bethmahoney_92, on Facebook as La Blog Beauté, and on Pinterest as Beth Mahoney. I hope you enjoyed this little post if you would like to be featured on my blog for next weeks beauty blog email [email protected]. For those of you that are unaware or unfamiliar with bandi cosmetics they are family run business and are one of the leading manufactures of professional cosmetics in Poland. "We supply safe and effective cosmetics - reliable tools for professionals, as well as a wide range of cosmetics for home use." I received 3 full sized products which were beautifully packaged in a gold gift box with ribbon detailing with a luxurious feel. I feel that not a lot of brands today tend focus on packaging and I feel that it's really important for a brand to do this as it draws people in and makes it feel personal and unique .I have added a picture down below for you guys to see. Rate 10/10 What was inside? Inside there was a Anti Redness cream, Tricho - Shampoo psychological bath for the scalp and hair and last but not least a Anti rouge Concentrated capillary ampoule(Drops). Also bandi cosmetics were kind enough to add some samples of various products that they have a available. From time to time my skin tends to get red especially due to weather changes or also due to the fact that I have bright red cheeks but this anti redness cream is formulated in a way to prevent or to reduce redness on the skin. After use your skin is feeling instantly replenished and softer. Application: Apply every morning and evening once you've cleansed your skin. Make sure to apply relatively small amounts to your skin. €17.30 Tricho-Shampoo psychological bath for the scalp and hair I was quite eager to try out this product as my hair has been ever so dry lately and irritated. This gentle shampoo restores the natural balance of your scalp. Due to bandi cosmetics secret formula which is free of sulphates and parabens the formula gently cleanses the scalp and hair from impurities. Over time your scalp is left feeling less irritated, dry and feeling restored. Application: Gentle apply and massage the shampoo on to your scalp and rinse with lukewarm water. €9.12 Anti-Rouge Concentrated capillary ampoule okay your probably wondering what the heck is this? It's a unique formula created by bandi cosmetics to help reduce the appearance of redness or rosacea.Your skin is left feeling soothed of irritations and visibility of redness on the skin is reduced. For best results it's advised to be used alongside the rest of the anti redness products such as the anti redness cream that I mentioned above. You'll instantly notice the difference in your skin.
