Is The Kylie Lip Kit Worth The Hype ??

Is the Kylie lip kit really worth the hype ? Those of you who are reading this may know that this review was coming as you may have taken part in my poll on twitter. You Guys I finally give in and bought a Kylie lip kit !!! I swore I wasn't going to give in and buy one simply because there was such a hype around the kits.

But recently Kylie had an offer on her website where you buy a lip kit and receive a free metal gloss.I purchased the "Spice" lip-kit and the metal I selected was reign. I've added a picture down below a picture of the swatches of the glosses.

Was it really worth it to pay $29.00 which is roughly €27 quite frankly hell no !!! There is so many alternative's out there and on top of the $29 dollars I paid $14 dollars for shipping which practically covered the price for metal shade so was the metal shade really free ?

Okay yes the colour of the "Spice" Gloss is stunning but Kylie took out a similar shade "blitzen" which is very similar in colour as you can see down below. I was really impressed by the pigmentation of the gloss and the colour. The gloss is a stunning deep burgundy shade,the gloss does apply really well and it has extremely long lasting but I don't think it's worth the price when there is alternatives out there. The lip pencil it's self really reminds me of Mac's lip pencils I do have to say the lip pencil does glide smoothly and easily but to me the plastic top is very cheap looking for something that is meant to be of high quality. For the best result is to apply the liner all over your lips which makes the gloss last longer.https://www.kyliecosmetics.com/
