Girl Talk A comforte Review

This blog post may be a little TMI for some people but it’s mainly all girl talk!!! We are going to talk about that monthly visitor which mother nature kindly sends our way!! One of the major things that all girls suffer with during our Period or personally I prefer to say TOM (Time of The Month) is that we all get cramps, not all of us want to take pain killers every time we get a cramp but Comforte kindly send me out their cream which is designed to relief any pain that you may have during your cramping period and another bonus is that all the ingredients are natural.

Comforte cream is inspired by natural healing rubs used by African villagers, the cream itself contains the following:
Calatropis Procera- a plant found in Africa temporarily relieves pain associated with symptoms we suffer from during our period
Carapa Procera - reduces bloating and swelling
Natural essence of methanol - which penetrates and soothes the skin & muscles
Raw Shea Butter - is one of the main key ingredients which hydrates the skin
Soya bean extract - acts like a buffer for those of us who have sensitive skin leaving the skin soft

Directions:
Place a small amount of the cream in your hands rubbing it into your skin going from ovary to ovary and massage the cream across abdomen allowing the cream to soak into the skin, you can also apply it on your lower back or really any area where you feel any pain or discomfort. If you have mild cramps its best to apply it every 1 to 3 hours and if you have more moderate cramps its best to apply it every 2-3 hours and if you suffer for more intense cramps or pain then its advised that you apply the cream 1-2 days before your cycle begins and then simply reapply every 2 hours.

Over all I was really impressed with the product I found it effective, I also had my mum and sister use it to see if they found it effective and they did. The cream really does kick in and remove any pain or discomfort that you may have it’s such an excellent alternative instead of having to reach for painkillers or a hot water bottle when you do suffer from a cramp, it’s such a quick and easy method. Another great thing about the product is that it’s so compact so you can take it anywhere with you if you are travelling. I think it’s a great product for those you are younger and just getting your period it’s good to show them that there is an alternative product out there that removes any discomfort or pain that you may have. The scent of the cream can be over a little overbearing but that’s just a personal issue on my behalf I also ensure that you wash your hands afterwards as there may still be traces of the cream left, the packing is just fab when I received the product it came in a little white box and everything was wrapped securely and they also kindly placed a chocolate in it for me but unfortunately,I didn’t get to have it since my lovely dog decided she would have it!! That’s what happens when you leave the room for two seconds, I would need eyes in the back of my head to deal with my pets. I hope you enjoyed the post!
