No matter how much I try I can never fall a sleep until at least 3.00am. I always have the intention of going to bed early but it just never works out I always find myself blogging, checking emails, online shopping, watching Netflix ,applying makeup or I just stress out about the next day. I've created a list of signs that you may relate to if your a night owl. (1) You do all of your work at night (2) The thought of waking up early stresses you out (3) As soon as you wake up you make coffee (4) You can never fall asleep at night (5) you're tired all day all you want to do is sleep Comment down below if you find your self doing any of these things or if you think your a fellow night owl.
