Hey Bee's,For today's post I thought I would with you a review of the ps.. lovely and bubbly facial wash by primark.I'm actually really excited to share with you guys my thoughts about it, at first I was a little weary about tying it out,I thought it might irritate or dry out my skin due to the price €2.75 I know I shouldn't just automatically judge a product because of its price but I've been trying out the face wash every day for past week just to see how it goes and overall I was impressed it. Application I gently pumped the product twice into the palm of my hands and gently massaged it on to my face until it foamed up, a little tip for when you apply it always make sure you skin is damp before applying. To remove the face wash simply use lukewarm water. The face wash contains rose water and vitamin E, Rose water contains essential moisturising oils which helps soothe and nourish dry skin also leaving you with a youthful and heathy complexion if you have quite an oily t-zone the rose water can reduce any oil that's present on your skin when used daily,The vitamin E repairs any damage to your skin with both of these working together it makes it suitable for all skin types and ables us to use the face wash on a daily basis. I really like the packaging of the product it did catch my eye when it was sitting on the shelf which is a good thing and it does stand out from the other products that I own. For the price €2.75 it's a bargain especially for a skin care product since they always tend to be on the higher price side. I hope you all enjoyed the little review, if you are a blogger and would like to be part of my blogger feature series then don't be afraid to send me an email at laurabyrneblog@gmail.com.

Until Next Time Bee's Queen Bee. So I've decided to start back up the blogger feature series it's a great way to share with you some of the amazing bloggers that are out there. Today I'm joined by a good blogging friend of mine and that is Yasmin from the wallflower beauty https://wallflowerbeautymx.wordpress.com,I asked Yasmin a couple of questions so let's have a peek at them. What is your blog name? Wallflower Beauty What is your name? Yasmin What is your Blog Url? My blog tittle is Wallflower Beauty https://wallflowerbeautymx.wordpress.com (1) If you could describe yourself in one word what would it be? Weird (2) How Long Have You been blogging and what encouraged you to blog? I've been blogging for about five months now. Laura (www.queenbeeie.com)actually is the one who encouraged me to start blogging. (3) Tell us a little bit about your blog? Each day I'm learning something new and I enjoy blogging but I tend to have a little bit of randomness to my blog which I personally think makes it stand out from the rest, It doesn't really have a certain theme to it and I think it reflects my personality quite will. I Mainly post makeup looks, book reviews and a couple of advice posts. You can click here to check out my recent book review: https://wallflowerbeautymx.wordpress.com/2016/06/11/fire-flood/ (4) If you had €1000 to spend, would you rather buy clothes or makeup? Oh that's a tough one. Can't I split the money and buy half clothes and half makeup? Lol umm probably makeup just because I already have so much clothes. (5) What is your go to make up product? My go to makeup products would probably have to be foundation or mascara can't live with out them they are my beauty essentials I always apply them before I leave the house. (6) Any Tips for bloggers that are just starting out? I would say to be very patient because your blog just isn't going to blow up over night it takes time and a lot of work to get it to were you want to be. When you go sit down to write a post make sure it's always something that you like like regardless if everyone else is posting about it or not. You do you. (7) What is your number one rule when it comes to blogging? When it comes to blogging I always make sure to post something that I'm 100% comfortable and not let others influence it you always have to stand behind your own posts. I always also feel like there is a pressure on posting make sure you don't post just because because you seen your friend or someone else post. I post things that I enjoy and that I hope others will enjoy as well. (8)How Do you come up with new material for your blog? As you know, some of us struggle for time to time, especially when we hit writer’s block. Ugh! Writers block hate it. I do so many things like I will give myself a break have a cup of tea or coffee, ask friends, I always like to visit other bloggers pages to get some inspiration. (9) Would you rather apply lipstick as eyeliner, or eyeliner as lipstick? Eyeliner as lipstick because I feel like it would just look a lot better and be easier to clean up. There would be more of a variety of colours to choose from. (10) If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go? I can't just pick one place I would just go all around the world. But if I absolutely have to choose I would probably go back to my home town in Georgia, just because I miss all my friends from there. (11) Do you prefer to shop online or in store? And if so, where would you buy your make up products. I've never shopped online just because I feel like it's not safe, so I only shop in stores and my favorite place to get my makeup is from a local boutique. (12) Eyeliner in Pencil, Gel, or Liquid? I prefer liquid just because it's a bit more easy for me to apply rather than pencil although I do want to try a gel liner. (13) What are your favourite drugstore products? Drugstores are always great because you don't know what bargains your going to get for your makeup I tend to buy a lot of eyeshadows from my nearest drug stores they are just as good as the big named brands. (14) What is your favourite foundation and what do you use to apply it? My current favourite has to be Cosmetics liquid foundation in the shade rich tan and When applying it I a damp beauty blender. (15) What social media sites do you use? I love using social media to connect with bloggers and followers I tend to use quite a lot here's the links to my social medias. Until Next Time Bees, Queen Bee. Last Sunday I attended the Aimee Connolly master class in Harvey's point along with my friends and my sister. It was a great girly day out for those of you who don't know who Aimee Connolly is,she's a makeup artist based in Dublin she's worked with well known brands such as urban decay and Mac she currently has her own slot on expose every Thursday. Aimee started off by introducing herself to everyone she then asked all of us what would we like to cover/learn today some of us were a little bit shy to say anything but a majority of the class wanted to learn about achieving a eyeliner flick, smokey eye, contouring and eyebrows.Aimee then came around to see our makeup bags and see what products we use she even recommended a foundation for my sister who has quite pale skin and finds it really hard to get a shade to suit her Aimee suggested that she tries out Nw10 by Mac which is a range they brought out to suit Irish skin tones. So Aimee began into the demonstration she started off with a nice natural everyday look. Aimee explained each thing step by step she started off by priming the models skin, next she applied the foundation she suggested a few different foundations such as the Rimmel match perfection foundation which is prefect for those who have dry skin she also mentioned that she finds Double wear by Estée Lauder dries out the skin. Next Aimee applied an eye primer to keep the eyeshadow in place and last all day long she used mac's painting pot. Aimee then moved onto contouring she advised that you always blend towards your lips to give you more of a definition and always to use a matte bronzer such as benefit hoola bronzer which is great for contouring. when applying the bronzer Aimee used the 109 Mac Brush in soft circular motions. Up next was highlighter ! When your highlighting apply it in a V shape just above your cheek bones if you tend to use a cream highlighter it's best to dot it quite quickly onto your skin. Aimee let us practice applying our makeup she went around each of us individually to see how we apply our makeup what products we use and how we use them and she tells you what your doing wrong I wasn't blending my contour line towards my lips so Aimee showed me quickly how to and I was good to Go. Blusher okay I personally tend to avoid blusher due to my red cheeks but Aimee said she finds A lot of her clients do this so she suggests that you apply blusher as it contrasts with the Redness of your skin. The blusher that Aimee used was springsheen Mac a little tip is always to brush your blusher back in line with your contour as you want your makeup to look seamless. Brows I always say brows are a personal thing some people like them over drawn or natural. For higher coverage gels work best for more of a natural look powder and wax work best and to tidy up any mistakes use concealer. Aimee the moved onto the eyes she told us what colours suit what eye colour such as those who have green eyes red or purple work best. Aimee also stated when doing a smokey eye and to have that definition make sure not to use a shimmer shade that matte shades work best and always work darkest to lightest when creating a smokey eye. Eyeliner for eyeliner Aimee used inglots 77 gel liner to apply it she used an angle brush by AYU. Next Aimee moved onto lips she used the shade whirl by Mac which is a nice everyday neutral shade to tidy up any mistakes around your lips Aimee used a clean brush or you can use concealer. Aimee also spoke about sleeks matte me range and applied the product let me tell you them shades are eye catching for sure.Make sure to moisturise your lips though as matte lipsticks tend to dry out your lips. Now we ourselves were allowed to complete the rest of our makeup looks and Aimee came around to see our complete looks. Aimee also had all of the products that she used on display so we could go up and take pictures of them if there was anything that we liked in particular. I really had a great time I learned new things it was great fun with my friends and my sister they all really enjoyed it. Aimee was so nice and was great at explaining everything. We all got goodie bags as well which was a lovely thing to have I've added a picture down below so you can see what I got. I hope you all enjoyed this little post and I will see you all soon ! Oh and make sure to catch Aimee on expose every Thursday you don't want to miss out.
